I'm really thankful for your invitation but I can't accept it. I wouldn't like to disturb your community with random facts of my life/work which I don't think many people would find interesting. I'm not sure how your system works very well but from what I have seen that ama request already started some hostility and a lot of people will start thinking I just want advertising and will start to despise not only me but the comics I love to make. However you can always send a mail to my email in my blogger profile, or post questions here http://www.talesofvaloran.com/?page_id=98 and I'll try to answer them and add them to my FAQ.
The whole point of an AMA (Ask Me Anything) is that they want to know you better and ask you random questions. That's the whole point! :)
It wouldn't be considered advertising as long as you didn't, say, post a link to your site with every response. Also, the AMA would help more than just emails because people can decide what questions they would most like you to answer, and can weed out trolls and haters on their own. Considering it has 273 up votes and 69 down votes, that means quite a lot of people want to interact with you beyond a simple "email me questions." (It also deters multiple of the same question because they can see what was already asked and answered instantly). Some people also would only ask questions there... think of it as a way to reach out to a new or different part of your audience that wouldn't bother emailing you, as making a simple comment on reddit seems easier for some people.
Not trying to sound forcing or anything, just some pros of the system. Sorry for any hate you get for no legit reason. :) Love your work, hope to see you on reddit sometime!
