Morg is actually isnt breaking any law or anything its called Barter System where if say Morgana has a Muffin while the Shop Keeper has a spell book. Morg wants the book while the shop keeper wants the muffin.....Then its a trade.... So Kayle is being the dumb one for not being able to trade anything cause shes so obsessed with working......
